The Company collects only such information as is reasonably necessary for the operation and functionality of the Application.
- a. Personal Information: The Company may collect limited personal information from users, including but not limited to:

- Profile information
- Age
- Phone number
- Email address
- Country
Such information is collected solely for purposes related to application functionality, user identification, policy compliance, and customer support.
Where a user contacts the Company via email or a feedback form , the Company may collect the user’s email address strictly for the purpose of responding to inquiries or providing support.
Users who access the Application in guest mode are not required to provide personal information; however, the provision of age or a username may be mandatory to ensure compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, and age-appropriate content requirements.
- b. Non-Personal Information: The Company may automatically collectnon-personal and technical information through the use of analytics tools or during gameplay, including but not limited to:
- Device type and operating system
- Gameplay statistics and performance metrics
- Application crash logs and diagnostic reports
- Advertising identifiers , where permitted by applicable law, for advertising and attribution purposes
2.2. Children’s Privacy
The Application is intended for use byindividuals of all age groups , including children under the age of thirteen (13) years.The Company complies with applicable laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Rules, 2011 (India),the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the Google Play Families Policy.
In respect of users identified as children:
- The Company does not knowingly collect personal information
- Only non-personalized advertisements, if any, are displayed
2.3. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates certain third-party services for operational and analytical purposes, including but not limited to:
- Google AdMob (advertising services)
- Firebase Analytics (performance monitoring and crash reporting)
- Unity Ads (where applicable)
These third-party service providers may collect and process non-personal information in accordance with their respective privacy policies. The Company does not control and is not responsible for the data handling practices of such third parties.

- Submit an account deletion request through the Settings section of the Application

Any updates to this Privacy Policy shall become effective immediately upon being posted within the Application or on the Company’s official platform. Where required by applicable law, users will benotified of material changes through in-app notifications or other appropriate means.
Continued use of the Application after the effective date of any modifications shall constitute the user’s acknowledgment of, and consent to, the revised Privacy Policy.
